1. Returns
• Return Period: You may return unused products within 30 days of receiving them.
• Return Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear. Customized products (such as gloves with names or numbers) are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
3. Exchanges
• Product Availability: You may request an exchange for size or model within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Exchange Conditions: Items must be in perfect condition. The shipment of the new item is subject to stock availability.
• Exchange Process: To request an exchange, contact us at info@ny-keepers.com and provide the reason and details of the exchange.
4. Warranties
• Warranty for Manufacturing Defects: Our products are covered for 45 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
• Latex Wear and Tear: Please note that latex damage due to regular use is not covered by warranty, as latex wear is a natural part of the glove’s usage.
• Warranty Claim Process: If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service team, providing photos and a description of the issue. We will assist you with the warranty or replacement at no additional cost.
