Most common questions

Yes. Once approved, you must purchase your first pair of X-Plus gloves with an exclusive 50% discount. This purchase activates your contract and allows you to create content from day one. Starting from the second period, gloves are provided by NYK at no additional cost, as long as you met the requirements of the previous period. The purchase is non-refundable.
The minimum varies by level. Levels 1 and 2 require 1 referred sale per 3-month period. Level 3 requires 2 sales. If you don't reach the minimum, NYK will contact you to evaluate the situation before making any decision about the program.
Through two mechanisms: your YITH affiliate link — when someone clicks it and purchases, the sale is automatically registered to your account — and your unique 20% discount coupon, which YITH links directly to your account when a customer applies it in the store. You can see your sales and commissions in real time through your YITH dashboard.
Yes. On TikTok your 20% coupon is the main mechanism — mention it in every reel verbally or with on-screen text. The buyer goes to ny-keepers.com, applies your coupon and the sale is registered to your account in YITH. If you have a TikTok Business account, you can also add your affiliate link in the bio. TikTok Business Account is a program entry requirement.
If you exceed 5 referred sales in the period, NYK doubles your total accumulated commission through an additional manual payment at the end of the period. For example: if you earned $40 in commissions, NYK pays you an additional $40 — receiving a total of $80. This incentive applies to all levels and has no maximum limit.
Your level is assigned at the start based on your current followers. At the end of each period, NYK evaluates your performance and may offer a level upgrade if your followers and results justify it. If your followers drop below your current level's range, NYK may adjust your level at contract renewal.
