APEX · How it was built

He asked.
We built.

Andrés brought NYK a full brief on March 4, 2026, built on identity, faith and command of the box. Four ideas from it, and how each one ended up in APEX.

APEX goalkeeper gloves
1

The cut

He asked“Negative cut.”
NYK builtNegative seams in two versions, Negative and Rollfinger. Andrés plays in the Rollfinger.
2

The red

He asked“Red for energy, competitive aggression and passion, and for the history of Independiente Santa Fe.”
NYK builtBlack/Red colorway with a 4 mm German latex palm.
3

The lion

He asked“The lion at the center: leadership, authority and a guardian's mindset. An apex predator.”
NYK builtThe APEX lion printed in silicone on a Breathprene backhand.
4

The black

He asked“A black base for strength and control: calm under pressure, reading the game, owning the box.”
NYK builtBlack body with a wide two-way elastic wrist strap.
